Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.
Exclusive use arrangements
We accept reservations for reserving the entire hotel, including five suites and the restaurant, from 3:00pm to the next day at 11:00am under the following details. This is available for stays with children under elementary school age, as well as for corporate offsite meetings, incentive trips, and other similar occasions.
Price: 1,540,000yen (tax included)
Accompanying Children
Sorry to say we do not accept guests who are not yet in school (aged 5 and below). However, we have designated specific days each month as Family Days, during which babies and preschool-age children are welcome. For more details, please refer to the plans. There are no age limitations for children in the facility’s exclusive reservation plan.
Transportation Services
Fres shuttle services are available for our guests to and from Hakone Tozan Railway’s “Kowakidani” Station, Hakone Ropeway’s “Togendai” Station, and Hakone Sengokubara Heliport. Additionally, we offer transportation to local attractions within a 15-minute radius from the hotel.
